• 76 Stonley Rd.
  Developers John Morrissey, Bryan Austin and Michael Forde have proposed building a 5.5 story 32-unit apartment building at 76 Stonley Rd. The proposal involves a portion of the Stonybrook Neighborhood currently zoned as and used for industrial purposes.
• 50 Stedman 
  Brought to you by the same group (Austin,Forde & Morrisey) who are developering 76 Stonley; they have proposed to the neighborhood a 21-unit multi-family residential building across Stedman Street from their BPDA-approved 28-unit residential project at 76 Stonley Road. The 50 Stedman parcel lies within an area to be zoned 3F-4000' as established in BPDA's Plan JP/Rox. An SNA subcommittee is compiling a list of neighborhood concerns and requests to submit to the developers.
• Burnett/Washington Street Project
  A large parcel in the Stonybrook Neighborhood, 3.39 acres, formerly the site of Flanagan & Seaton Motor Car Co., is being redeveloped by a partnership of developers.
